How do I reset my password?
Sign in to your account and go to Settings > Security > Change Password. If you cannot sign in, contact us at support@polikeeper.com and we will help you regain access.
How do I link my account as a policyholder?
When your insurance agent adds your policy to Polikeeper, you will receive a link invitation. Sign up or sign in with the same email address your agent has on file, verify your email, and you will see the pending policies on your dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, industry-standard password hashing, and role-based access controls. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from our Account Deletion page or by emailing privacy@polikeeper.com. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Which platforms is Polikeeper available on?
Polikeeper is available as a web application at app.polikeeper.com and as a mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
